The Arabica variety is grown by smallholder farmers in the high-altitude Mountain Elgon region of Eastern Uganda. Washed (wet-processed) and roasted to a medium profile, it delivers balanced flavor and acidity. With a medium grind suitable for filter machines and cafetiere plungers, this Arabica offers chocolatey, nutty notes with medium body, gentle acidity, and a smooth, sweet finish.
The Robusta, sourced from Western Uganda, is cultivated in rich soils with steady rainfall, resulting in bold flavor and a deep, lasting aroma.
